Please understand that we only have a limited number of spots available every day. If you book for a major holiday and need to cancel, please do so in a timely manner, so someone on our wait list can be offered your spot. If you wait until the last minute, there will be a cancellation fee.

Last minute holiday cancellations are subject to:

Within 72hrs = 25% of total booking

Within 48hrs = 50% of total booking

Within 24hrs = 75% of total booking

Any minor medical care (ear infections, skin issues, illness, etc...) or supplies required while your pets are in our care, will be paid for by us, and then billed to you when you return, along with being billed for our time to take them to the vet, or to run to a store to pick up supplies. If it is a major medical bill, you will need to make payment arrangements with your vets office directly.
